RF Network On Chip (RFNoC) is Ettus Research's FOSS FPGA framework to allow users of SDR peripherals to write their own signal processing modules and place them on the FPGA of the device, allowing for high-rate, low-latency communications. It's a fundamental part of the UHD FPGA architecture for the affected devices.
